The big question is: Which is better Renogy ShadowFlux or bifacial panels? I have both and I paid my own money for both. For this honest product review the panels are tested on their own Victron MPPT charge controller, same cable length. The bifacials will eventually go on a solar arch that I need to build. The Shadowflux is going Infront of the spray hood. In this video, I put the Renogy ShadowFlux 200W solar panel to the test in direct sunlight to see how it performs in real-world conditions. I compare it with a bifacial panel to find out which one is the better choice for my solar arch—and whether Renogy's claims about improved low-light and partial shade performance actually hold up. I've been upgrading my boat's electrical system over the past year, including installing Victron equipment, lithium batteries, a new alternator, and other electrical upgrades. One thing I discovered was that my original deck-mounted solar panel wasn't producing the power I expected. Replacing it with a ShadowFlux panel made a noticeable difference. So an easy deployable ground mount solar solution could be an option. I built a budget-friendly portable solar solution. In this video, I show you how to build a DIY fold-out solar panel suitcase using high-efficiency Renogy Bifacial Solar Panels. The set up I made is for my sail boat which I will make into a solar arch. But for a few months I wanted to use them at home and have them charge my all in one power station. Simular to the Ecoflow I used the Aferiy P310 for my set up. I want an offgrid set up over alland not to be grid tied. I wanted to add a solar arch to my sailing boat, but stainless steel fabrication is expensive. Pre-made portable fold-out solar panels are also costly and not weather-proof. So, I decided to build my own fold-out solar suitcase that I can reuse later when I upgrade to a stainless steel arch.
